Testimony from Lilian

"In 2002, i was diagnosed with a rare cancer that started in my kidneys and then spread to my lungs. Apparently, very few Singaporeans have been diagnosed with this condition. One of the side effects was that the skin on my cheeks would get flushed.and looked burned. I underwent a series of chemotherapy to fight the spread of the cancer cells in my body. It was a long and difficult process to undergo, and I was in a continually weak for a long time. I was a patient at theNational Kidney Foundation Cancer Fund, and it was there that I met Chris Chuah, who was the committee chairman then. He invited me to NLCC's Christmas Service in 2006, and I visited the church with my husband,. At my request, the church leaders prayed for meand for healing of my condition. Just two months ago, I paid one of my regular visits to my doctor atthe National Cancer Centre. He told me he was stopping my cancer treatment. I was surprised, and even more so when he told me why. Hesaid it was because I was completely healed. I was stunned. I hardlyexpected to hear this. When I look back, I can only say that it was God who healed me,who brought about a drastic remission in the cancer cells. A few days later, I asked Jesus to come into my life as Lord and Saviour."
